Surrounded by 4 holy mountains, Ulaanbaatar is Mongolian economic, cultural and political center and has a number of tourist attractions and hosts the most varied types of entertainment. Among the world’s capital cities, Ulaanbaatar is notable as the capital city located at the highest altitude with the coldest climatic conditions.

Attraction places: Terelj National Park is the most popular destination and the third biggest protected area in Mongolia, including Chingis khan equestrian statue. On the first day of your trip you will have a great chance to visit there. After lunch in Terelj national park your tour will head to the Gobi.
Baga gazriin chuluu extra-ordinary rocky mountain range, 1751-meter high granite stone mountains in the territory of Adaatsag soum, Dundgovi aimag, is a place with unique scenery that many tourists compare with lunar scenes. Over 20 kinds of medical herbs and many species of animals such as wild sheep, ibex, and marmot exist here.
The mountain contains remains of old stone temple ruins related to the 17th-century .
Activities: Visit Turtle rock, extraordinary rock formation, Chingis khan equestrian. Drive 3-4 hours through paved and dirt roads. Observe stunning granite rocky formations of Baga gazriin chuluu which eroded by the violent elements of this area. Explore Choir monastery ruins, hike through mountain. Make a visit to Bolor cave for an eye treatment spa.

Attraction places: Between rock desert and semi-arid steppes, the white stupa, Tsagaan Suvarga is located. For centuries, this 30-metres (98,43 feet) high, abrupt, stupa-shaped mountain, is honored by the Mongolians. The traveler will be surprised by the sumptuous lunar landscapes that evoke the end of the world, and by the many fossils. This area was totally covered by the sea a few million years ago.
Activities: Take a hike through the White stupa. Great chance to snap photos.

Attraction places: Eagle Valley ( Yolyn Am ) is located on the eastern side of Gurvan Saikhan mountain and surrounded by sheer rock walls rising over 2600m above sea level. This picturesque valley is an amazing natural creation where snow and ice exist even in hot, which was originally established to conserve the birdlife in the region. The breathtaking, dramatic scenery makes it one of the most beautiful places in Mongolia. There is a small museum of Gobi Gurvan Saikhan National Park. The museum displays the geographical condition, flora, fauna, minerals and some dinosaur fossils.
Activities: Natural Museum of Gobi Gurvan Saikhan National Park. Hiking to the glacier and photographing in Yoliin Am, some wildlife viewing. Visit a nomadic family to have a real experience of nomadic lifestyles.

Attraction places: Khongor Sand Dune (Khongoryn Els) is the largest and most spectacular sand dune in Mongolia, which reaches a height of 400 meters, 20 km wide and 100 km long. The Sand dune is at the northwest corner of the range. The views of the desert from the top are wonderful. Alongside the sand dunes is an oasis through the Khongor river flows. The sand dune is called Singing Dunes by local people because the tons of sand shifting in the wind create a sound like a distant aircraft. This dramatic scenery features many colors of nature as a white sand dune, the light green grass, red-blue mountains, and the eternal blue sky.
Activities: Visit the Singing Dunes that is the highest sand dune. Photographing and climbing up to the dunes. You will be riding on camels for 1 hour to explore the Khongor sand dunes area.

Attraction places: Bayanzag (Flaming Cliffs) is also known as the “Cemetery of Dinosaurs” is a picturesque sexual forest that is world-famous for dinosaur remains. Dinosaur fossilized eggs and several types of dinosaur bones were found in Bayanzag's first time in the world by American scientist Roy Chapman in 1922.
The cliff of Bayanzag looks pretty orange-like “Flame” when the sunsets, therefore people named this place “Flaming Cliff”.
Activity: Free walk & photograph in flaming cliffs and saxaul forest. If you want, you can look for dinosaur eggs and fossils.

Attraction places: On the way to reach the Ongi monastery you will pass through the endless steppe of Ongi that would make you feel great just by staring.
Ongi Temple which was one of the biggest monasteries of Mongolia in the 18th century. The temple was established on both the right and left bank of Gobi’s biggest and longest river – Ongi. Then it was destroyed in the communist time. There is a small ger museum where you can see very interesting remains of the ancient monastery. Wonderful evening view of the ruin is perfect for good shots!
Activity: Visit to a rebuilt main temple and a small ger museum which displays a leader monk’s used items. Hike to a type of ancient stupa ruin and take some good photos.

Attraction places: The Karakorum was the capital of the Mongol Empire in the 13th century. Located on the open steppe on the right bank of the Orkhon River in central Mongolia, Kharkhorin, and Erdene Zuu monastery are part of the upper part of the UNESCO World Heritage Site Orkhon Valley Cultural Landscape.
The Karakorum was founded in 1220 by Genghis Khan as a military center. The name means black stones or black walls.
Erdene Zuu monastery was established in 1586 and was protected by the Mongolian government since 1944. The monastery has 108 stupas, an active temple and a worthy monastery museum which displays the Buddhist cultural items between 16-18th century mostly.
Activity: Take photos on the way to Erdene Zuu monastery. its famous museum. Visit funny Penis Rock, Great Kings’ monument and Turtle Rock where you may see the panoramic view of Karakorum and Erdene Zuu monastery. - Hiking to the Orkhon River

Attraction places: Tsenkher hot spring is the 2nd hottest in Mongolia. Located at Tsenher Sum of Arkhangai Province, it is a place of astounding beauty surrounded by forest and mountains. The best feature of this particular hot spring is its potent medicinal properties on one’s body. With temperatures ranging from 65-90 degrees Celsius, the water can help reduce stress, lowers the chance to get diabetes, as well as boosts the digestive system along with a variety of other uses. Unwind and relax as you see fit.
Activity: You can have a bath in the spring water. Hiking in the forest and admiring the pretty flowers. Read the book outside. Play games.

Attraction places: The national park “Khorgo” was protected in 1965 and consisted of Khorgo extinct volcano, Terkh white lake, high Rocky and spectacular Mountains, scenery and endangered species of flora & fauna.
It's surrounded by the Khangai Mountains, which reach 3000 meters above sea level. The area was well known to the people by its pristine nature, majestic landscape, sheer – crystal lake, plenty of small caves and their wonderful legends. Horgo Mountain was an active volcano about 8 thousand years ago. A splendid panorama over the whole region and the lake can be seen from the summit of the volcano.
Activity: Take pictures on the way and near the Chuluut river canyon. Visit Zuun Salaa mod which is a sacred tree by locals. Enjoy hiking to Horgo extinct volcano crater. View the panorama of the National Park and take pictures. Visit Yellow Dog’s cave, Ice cave, and Youth’s cave. Watching the lake birds by the Terkhiin Tsagaan lake.

Attraction places: This day you will head to Zuun lake in Shine-Ider soum. This large lake is actually a hidden gem of Mongolia. Isolated location, magnificent views surrounded by mountains and forest. There is excellent camping all around. This blue dollop of water is located 13km north of Shine-Ider village and about 100km southwest of Murun.
Activities: Having a camping trip around the lake would be the best opportunity to explore aquatic birds of Mongolia, having me time in the wilderness of the hidden gem.

Attraction places: The Blue Pearl - Khuvsgul Lake, the deepest and purest lake in Mongolia. The lake is one of the few glacial lakes left from the last ice age. Some people call it “ Switzerland of Mongolia&rdquo. You have an opportunity to trek to the lakeside & mountain for a better view and photo shooting.
Activity: Enjoy the lake more by trekking. Take lovely nature pictures. Explore the flora and fauna of the area.

Attraction places: You will witness the most breathtaking scenes of Blue Pearl of Mongolia. Khuvsgul Lake is the deepest lake in Central Asia with a maximum depth of 262 m and contains 1% of the world’s freshwater. The reflections of the surrounding larch forest and majestic KhoridolSaridag mountain range on the blue lake water are extremely amazing.
Activities: your guide will organise 1 hour horse riding, a boat trip over the lake for you. Enjoy the quietness and beauty of the blue pearl of Mongolia (Khuvsgul lake) in comfort. In the evening, have fun with a bonfire party with your group members.

Attraction places: Uran Togoo extinct volcano is located in a beautifully scenic area of Hutag-Undur soum, Bulgan province. This beautiful mountain was protected as a natural monument since 1965. There are several kinds of rare and wild animals in the mountain and its surrounding places.
Activity: Hike to the Uran Togoo extinct volcano and around the crater. Here you will have a great opportunity to compare this volcano crater to Khorgo. Explore the wildlife, fauna, and flora of the area.

Attraction places: Amarbayasgalant monastery was established by order of Manju emperor king Enkh-Amgalan Khan built between ”1727-1736” for giving respect to his teacher Undur Gegeen Zanabazar. The monastery consists of over 30 temples. It is one of the less destroyed monasteries in Communist time and the Mongolian government protected it since 1943. It is an excellent place to enjoy the Buddhist cultural heritage of Mongolia.
Activity: Visit the exotic Amarbayasgalant monastery and enjoy its history. Hiking in and around the monastery and taking some good pictures.

Attraction places: Last day of the tour will start as driving to Ulaanbaatar city. Today is your chance to do some shopping for souvenirs and cashmere in Ulaanbaatar. Later in the evening, you will attend a live Mongolian traditional music and dance performance. A perfect ending for a perfect journey.
Activities: Cashmere shopping in most famous factory stores. Tumen ekh folklore concert.
